In 2025, Aley Way Construction broke ground on our newest development in Valley Center, bringing more than 20 new homes to a community that's quickly becoming one of the most sought-after areas outside Wichita.

Every lot in this development sits on a half acre, giving homeowners the kind of space and privacy that's getting harder to find in newer subdivisions. We built across three foundation styles — slab, view out, and walk out — so buyers could choose the floor plan that best fit their lot and their lifestyle, whether that meant extra finished living space below grade or a simple, efficient single-level layout.
